Here today, gone later today, probably.
If you missed out on picking up that Marth amiibo when it was first available, Nintendo has your back. The company has stated that Marth, Ike, Meta Knight, and “a few other amiibo” will be once again hitting shelves.
Of course, being amiibo, there is a caveat: the figurines will be available in limited quantities “over the next few days,” and Nintendo’s being vague on the availability. According to the company’s Facebook page, collectors need to visit their “local retail stores,” or check out retailer websites for timing and availability information.
The long sought after Silver Mario amiibo will be hitting store shelves later this month in the United States along with the amiibo Wave 4 figures on May 29.
For completionists and enthusiasts, this is another chance to get your hands on those hard to find amiibo without resorting to eBay or other resellers.
During an investors meeting at the beginning of the month, Nintendo revealed that it has sold 10.5 million amiibo worldwide, with 66% of them being sold in North America and 20% in Europe.
