What’s the least expensive way to dump Genesis prototypes into usable ROMs?

If they’re standard EPROMS and they’re not soldered onto a board, you should be able to pick up a cheap EPROM reader and go from there. It’s a simple process of identifying your device (chip), plugging it in, and following the menu options. That’ll give you a straight binary dump. Not sure what else to tell you without you having the chip and reader in your hands right now.
