🕹️ Retro Video Gamer Is Back!

[Administrator]

After a lot of work behind the scenes, Retro Video Gamer is back — and we're going home.

We've brought RVG back to Simple Machines Forum (SMF) and given the site a more retro look and feel, closer to the community that RVG originally became known for.

This isn't about trying to reinvent RVG into something completely different. It's about bringing back what made it enjoyable in the first place:

Retro games. Retro hardware. Reviews. Discussion. Memories. Community.

We've also been working hard to recover and restore a huge amount of the original RVG review archive, with hundreds of reviews now back online and more being cleaned up and restored.

We're rebuilding things, adding content and getting the community moving again.

And we'd genuinely love to see some old faces back.

Whether you've been around since the early days or you're completely new to RVG, there's a place here for anyone who still gets excited about an old console, a forgotten 8-bit game, a CRT, a cartridge collection or simply talking rubbish about games from 30 years ago. 😄

Welcome back to RVG.

Let's go back to what made it special. 🎮
